About the Role

Create engaging educational content for our AI-powered learning platform. You'll develop curriculum, create video lessons, and design interactive learning materials for students from Class 5-12.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop curriculum aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and State boards
• Create engaging video lessons and interactive content
• Develop practice questions, assessments, and study materials
• Collaborate with AI team to create content for adaptive learning
• Review and improve existing content based on student feedback
• Stay updated with educational trends and pedagogy
• Ensure content accuracy and alignment with learning objectives
• Work with subject matter experts for specialized topics

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in educational content creation
• Strong expertise in at least one subject (Math, Science, English)
• Experience with video production and editing
• Understanding of curriculum design principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
• Passion for education and student success
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply

Nice to Have

• +Teaching experience in schools or coaching
• +Animation or motion graphics skills
• +Experience with LMS platforms
• +Background in educational psychology
