Terms of Service

WhatsApp AI is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that enables businesses to operate AI-powered customer chat on their own WhatsApp Business numbers, using the official WhatsApp Business Platform.

Owner accounts must be 18 years or older, must represent a real business, and must provide accurate information.

You may not use WhatsApp AI for any of the following:

• Spam or unsolicited marketing without recipient consent
• Illegal content of any kind
• Harassment, hate speech, or abuse
• Impersonation
• Scraping or reverse engineering the platform
• Using the service in ways that violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or WhatsApp Commerce Policy

You agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy at all times.

• Obtain consent from end customers before sending marketing messages
• Ensure message templates are accurate and not misleading
• Be responsible for the content of AI-generated responses configured from your business knowledge base
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, Meta's policies, or applicable law, with or without notice.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. JAKEX Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, message delivery failures caused by Meta or third parties, or content generated by the AI.

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pune.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Effective date: May 1, 2026.
