Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your data from WhatsApp AI at any time. We will delete all your personal data and conversation history within 30 days of receiving a verified request, and confirm completion via email.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — Email

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Subject line: "Data Deletion Request". Include your business name and WhatsApp number.

If you are an end customer who chatted with a business using WhatsApp AI, send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to that business's WhatsApp number. We will delete all messages and data associated with your phone number within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login credentials (for business owners)
  • All conversation history and message content
  • Phone numbers, profile names, and customer details
  • Any leads, bookings, and stored business information

What we keep

  • Anonymized aggregate analytics (no personally identifiable information)
  • Records required by law (e.g. tax records, for the legally required period)
